Fasten it with either 0.131 x 1-½ in. nails or 8 x 1-½ in. screws, ensuring at least 50% of the pre-punched holes in the strap are filled. Each assembly includes all the necessary components for easy installation, including the swivel connector, tie plate, bolt, two washers, and a nyloc nut.
