Its purpose is to firmly hold the anchor head, allowing for secure placement before burying the anchor in the ground. For added convenience during installation, you can utilize a ½-inch pin or slotted bolt through the adapter head and anchor head, preventing any separation from the EDM. This feature, often referred to as the safety pin hole, enhances the overall ease and safety of the installation process.
